From Geologist to CEO: A Woman's Vision for Africa's Diamond Economy
Your journey from junior geologist to CEO of the State Diamond Trader stands as a powerful symbol of progress. What moments along that journey most shaped your leadership philosophy?

My journey from a junior geologist to the CEO of the State Diamond Trader (appointed October 2023) is defined by a 25-year career spanning technical, research, and human resource management roles within South Africa’s mining industry.
